When playing with locals there was hardly any lag, not that I noticed anyway, and I had 4 green bars.

I was playing with guys on my list, IW will just match you with some polish or germans or Brits and then you lag.

Although I played for a bit on some int servers and I was still owning them all with 1 red bar..LOL
