Sup Isengard.
How you doing today?
Did you come right with silent hill?

I downloaded a trainer and most of the frustration has been eliminated. Saves are spread way too far apart IMO. Also my fear should not stem from my worry of dying and doing an entire section again. The fear should be in the atmosphere not the game mechanics, at least in Silent Hill. Anyway it's going more smoothly now that I can't be killed :p. I hate cheating btw, but it's either that or giving up on the game.

That's very annoying Isen... I truly hate it when games do that. Like you say - it should be part of the game experience, not a fear of losing your progress. That's just a way of making a game longer than the content allows for.

Well what ever floats your boat mate!!
Just try and finish it without the trainer:D after you've done it with the trainer enabled!!
Im busy clocking it for the 4th time now..I still love this game!!!!

Just look at how Dead Space handles saves and checkpoints. It's so much better than SH5 does it. I hate having to repeat parts of a game over and over, especially if its a really long section. Few things are more infuriating. I'll try it without the trainer once I finished it, maybe :).

"Sorry sir I didn't do my homework, I was up all night posting in the TK"

What would you do if someone used that excuse?

When did you stop working for ze_germans? Man that one red head secretary was teh_sekzi :(

End of last year or so. The secretary moved to the UK to work for big Englanders. She came back looking like a freaky orange spicegirl. Creepy.

And we don't give symbols to kids anymore :D Only 1,2,3,4 :D

Apparently it's less psychologically scarring for kids.

Eeeek! That's weird... <the orange spice girl I mean>

As for the numbering system ... when I lived in germany they used the exact same thing ...

All tests etc. would be rated from 1 (best) to 6 (failtrain). On my tests I scored a lot of "TG"'s ... (teilgenommen = participated) ... kinda like the fat kid in PT classes. :(

Numbers eh. I suppose letters are very scary for today's youth :p.
