Neway im sitting with a dilemma @ the moment ! Another IT company's HR manager just called me for a vacancy they have, (apparently I am perfect for the job) the problem is i have just taken up another job (i am not on contract yet) but dnt know what to do (obviously i cant go for an interview during my current working hours) ! Yeh well nows ur opportunity to create something called a barter hehehehehehe.... tell them what ur current company is giving you and say to them if they can match ur demands then fine u'll take the job if not they can stick it where the sun dont shine

Also be fair to your current bosses. If the other company accepts, tell them you can only start after a month's notice. If I just hired you and you wanted to move on again, I will understand, but I would expect you to give me time to find a replacement & transfer skills.

yeh thats also true u have to give them enough time to find someone else if they are not willing to fight for you
