Thanks. Just got the call that they won't be doing it. So taking the next step now.
Maybe I should've mentioned to them that I am an attorney, and we don't mind fighting and never give up...? :D

Take them out at the Knee caps pls... because thats just extremely bad business and they clearly do not care about their clients...
