Thats Good, well not the failing part but u know what i mean.

For now the manual writing is finished. Will get more headaches on that front come the end of the month. The Management stuff, slowly getting there. Worked till 7 this evening, working tomorrow and saturday also. If anybody ever offers u a management position before you turn 30 tell them thnx but no thnx.

By its self Omega just means last or End. Coupled with Fenix or Phoenix it means Last Fenix or Phoenix. So Im officially OmegaFenix but as a shorter word just Fenix is fine. Then again Omega is fine also.
