I used realplayer 11 gold to download the FLV file like you download youtube clips, then used FREEZ FLV-MP3 converter to make it an MP3 and then Audacity Pro Studio to cut out all the bits infront with the djs's talking to get just the song, made it 192KBPS en 44000KHZ and exported it to my phone
