with lil ook's bday 6 weeks away, I've started thinking what I can make for his bday.

He wants a train cake. (got a recipe for thomas the tank engine)

I got a template to make a train station out of cardboard. Thought I'd use cookie dough and make an edible train station. and use (choc/marshmallow) modelling paste to make men, trees etc. oh, and the railway tracks....

and gonna make all kinds of treats into a train (eg rectangular double decker sandwiches with cherry tomatoes for wheels, wafer biscuits glued together with choc and round biscuits for wheels then filled with chips etc)
