Yeah, 28 sounds like a good age to me. Too much responsibility for me just yet. Enjoying being able to do my own thing too much. Other than having responsibilities towards Red im my own man.

Speaking of which those who own their own apartments or flats, how much to you pay? As i am looking for one in Dec/Jan and dont know the first thing about property.

lol, that reminds me of a time long loooong ago. when I was still in primary school (before we moved to a smallholding). our neighbours across the road had 2 St Bernards. their owner often used to let them out of the yard (probably with the intention to let them poop on other ppl's sidewalks.... you know how big poop they make??)

anyways, my mom tried speaking to her about it. other neighbours as well. but to no avail. so my mom resorted to payback.

She collected a whole big bag full (she knotted it everyday so it wouldn't dry out) from our sidewlk and neighbours. Then she took the bag one morning very early and left it (unknotted) leaning against her front door.

When she opened her door, she got a shitty surprise. Last time she let her dogs take a crap on other ppl's lawn

We had a bargain. Double storey 2 bedroom 1 bathroom, Living Area, Dining Room, Kitchen, Garaga and small garden for R3000 per month. Was in Pretoria. Not sure about the prices in the Cape though
