I have a recipe for a triple cheesecake delight. Now that one I liked. Basically it has a biscuit crust at the bottom. the a dark choc layer topped with a white choc layer and rounded off with real chocolate "collar"

I can send you recipe if you want it. (although I will first have to go and find my file. It is here somewhere....)

Im big boned too. Need to diet also but there is just so much good food around.
