well its actually pretty simple just have different sub sections (if thats possible)

For Sale (No creating posts in here but u create in sub sections)

And what you do is give the person Lock privliages for there post in the for sale thread. Only person who created the thread may post in that thread. All deals are dealt via PM (that way our user base will also grow) "People with only 20 posts or more may post in this section" otherwise TinTin's magical program deletes them hehehe
