yeah, I'm sure it will be ok ............... apparently the bakers that form the committee (I'm one now) earn 1-2k a week in the off season and 3-4k a week in holiday/event season

Baking sounds like alot of work. Id rather be creative in other ways. But to each his own. Good on you MH. Doing what you love is always good. wish i could.

It's actually not that hard ... I'm just over exaggerating tad. It's just a bit fiddly. The biscuits are more time consuming than the cheesecakes but less fiddly than the cheesecakes. But ja, when I found out I had a touch for baking, I wanted to turn it into money ASAP
