Gah, IT person fiddled with the laptop, and reset almost everything...made it llok like a clean install, just be cause we changed servers or something like that, and she reset the vodacom connect program, meaning I had to find the pin, etc etc...What really bothers me is that they didn't tell my mom they were doing all of this, how rude. I'm ok with IT ppls in general, just as long as they say that they're resetting this, uninstalling that, etc. Then I wouldn't have an issue, or surprises when the machine gets back [/rant]
