the lil girl I am looking after (she is very cute!) has long hair. she will be 2 in sep. the dad insists she must have long hair. But every day is a struggle with the hair.

The parents have given up on trying to brush/tie it up. They just send the brush, elastics and clips so that I can do it. Even though I work gentle with her, she always cries. So frustrating! There are so many pretty short hairstyles for lil girls. Why can't they just cut her hair until she is a bit older and then let it grow? (it grows very fast at least)

Now see i would say from 6+ long hair is good. But for toddlers short hear is easiest.
