Yeah. I existed the way I came first and it failed to trigger the end of the mission

did you pass the funny "fire blob" thing and exit from the manhole?

I must be thinking of a completely different place then ............ you pass the glowing green pools, run into that bloodsucker bastid, find the stash/flashdrive and when you leave there's 2 soldiers and then that mind banger bastid hey? I think I'm getting confused with either a later stage or the 2nd Stalker game regarding that fire blobby.

When those invisible buggers roam around, and lighting litters the sky. That game could be truly frightening at times.

Those things that do that mind pull move on you really terrify me. The effect that happens to you feels like my mind really is being messed with lol. Talking about it now almost makes me want to play through it again .
