Sorry for change of subject. But I need to go buy a game today, prefer PC. I dunno what's really good that came out recently :(

still waiting on the insurance because of the long weekend (typical ) but it looks like the house owners have got good insurance and my sister has Outsurance so we'll see on Tuesday I guess .....

I want to hey ..... gonna consult my lawyer about what happened and see what recourse he suggests.

It's a bit of a grey area this. You first need to prove that a power surge caused the fire in your house(even though it is, you need to prove it unfortantely)

You need someone to inspect all the wiring in the house to see where it possible could and how it happened.

And you need to find out when your COC(Certificate of Compliance) was done in your house and by who.

Well mate honestly all the best because someone is certainly going to Pay big time for that damage thats been caused and thank goodness it was like ur fault or anything and just a surge... :)

Well if insurance is going in then they will sort all of that out by looking into COC and all that and they will bring in their team of eletricians and investigate... but the government is going to pay outta their asses by the looks of the damage....

Aye ....... funny thing is, when it happened, we thought it was us at fault and everyone was asking and we were so fucking confused. It was only when the electrician came after the mess had been tidied a bit and told us what went down that we were 'off the hook' so to speak.

It's very important the COC. It determines alot these days :/ And the electrical wiring is the first thing the will inspect after a fire :(

Ag it won't affect me either way ........ if it is electrical to blame, the house insurance pays it ....... Outsurance is covering our household goods ..... I just hope they're decent.

Good stuff :) After all this sh*t is over with, get someone to install a surge arrestor for you in the house ;)

[EDIT] Can organise cost-price for ya, just give me a shout ;)
