hows this these guys Molapo Technologies they tell me they need to swop out the mobos on 3 of our Wyse terminals and then the woman just sommer sends me a quote not warning me before hand that should i reject it then they are going to charge me R300 per item on that fscking list and sure enough our branch rejects and this company now fscks us over and says we have to pay R1026 rejection fee :mad: who does fscking business like that seriously...
 
Unless they can prove that they charge such a fee prior to you accepting their fault finding, they can't do squat to you.

Yeh thats the thing but they have our equipment and how do we get our equipment back we are forced to pay that rejection fee becoz those terminals are worth R4500 each...
