Hot, rich and creamy. I added some coffee creamer. Maybe too hot.
I should have put in more milk, but am too lazy to go downstairs now.

Pft! You should know, after boiling hot water. Give it 30 - 45sec to cool down. If the water is too hot, it kills the taste of the coffee.
Just short of boiling point is perfect to bring out the best taste in coffee

What I normally do is add coffee/sugar and milk 1st ... then stir ... and then only add the boiling water ... that way it doesn't burn the coffee.

I had no idea that one could "burn" coffee.

..... +1 Coffee and Sugar and Cremora and Milk ... stir it into a thick foam, then pur the hot water over = awesomeness.
