Been back with them for a while hey. Sorted our differences out, and I was not only reinstated as captain, but also manager of the 1st team in the Premier Division. I make all the decisions, choose the players, run the tactics, book servers, book matches etc.

Laymens terms:

+0.4 standing per level to all corps/agents/factions that are 0.0 standing and above

Diplomacy does the same for all corps/agents/factions that are below 0.0 standing
