Hey dudes.

2nd battery is dead. Had it replaced about a month ago, that one died, had it replaced and now this morning the battery is dead again. Either something is draining the battery over night or the alternator is fucked.

Tell them to check you're alarm system.
Mate of mine's Audi A6 did exactly the same thing and it turned out it was the alarm system draining the battery over night.

Oh and Morning guys.

I have the same problem, first disconnected the factory sub and amp in the boot (cause apparently that uses alot of battery juice) and the car still drained the battery when i didnt drive it on weekends, afterwards i found out the regulator on the alternator is a common problem sometimes its charges but below the required amount.

Could be.

Yeah, I have noticed in the week, in the mornings the car starts, but I hear that it battles a little. I don't have any aftermarket stuff installed so not sure what it is. But the fact that the bluetooth is working intermittently makes me think it has something to do with that.

Only aftermarket stuff i have fitted is the dvd Audio Deck, and a motorola bluetooth system. apparently batteries draining themselves is a common problem on vw/audi's.

Eina Syco -- that is hectic

Dohc - you would be lazy as well if you got sleep in, and the fact that I don't have anything to do = drives me insane!
