Umm initial thoughts are bad chaos. There is just to much shit going on, graphics lagged the hell out of my PC, and I don't have a mickey mouse PC, so it is really graphically intensive. Lag was insane, pings of about 400 for everyone. I was on a ZAiGame server, but was constantly listening to this German kid yacking on.

It just feels like to much, a bit overkill in all respects.

Yeah I'll be getting it for Xbox and I dont really care about its MP.
 
Had my 2nd Most Wanted multiplayer session with a friend last night and it was heaps of fun once it got going (got my a** handed to me), but I'm not in love with this "Drive to Meet Up" mechanic.
