left my job in el where i was for 3 years jul 2011 got my leave paid out, worked a year at my last company got my leave paid out and only been at this company since Aug so dont have any leave really due to me

Dude seriously 60% is a lot better than getting nothing, which is what has happened to a couple guys around here... I was just one of the lucky few.

Well I actually saved the company money with the IT methods I used to implement, like the Voip and our failover DSL connection etc...

true, but apparently the company did really well this year, which only means the higher up that actually do fuckol will probably get 200%

I also saved the company thousands of randelas per year with the new banner bracket I designed, but they gave me a bottle of Jack for that so don't think it'll count toward my bonus anymore
