Speaking of air: ever hear about someone moaning about the amount of air in proportion to chips in a packet?
I read the other day that the packaging contains that set amount of air to protect the chips inside so that they aren't a squashed mess when you open them.
Pretty obvious, but I found out it interesting.

I tried it once, never again... takes away some of the taste. Better to have it in the fridge for a couple of minutes till it's "settled"
I like to keep chocolate in the fridge in general so it's hard and crunchy.
