AT - Do you still remember where you went for your first date? If you do, take her there, give her something sweet and small, how many kids do you guys have? Maybe a silver necklace with charms on it with each of the family members first initials on it?

Ok now tax question:

Which of the following is a direct tax:
Customs and excise duties
Transfer duties
Stamp duty

Im gonna say Customs duty

Im gonna say Customs duty

That is what I thought, I already took out the obvious wrong answer which is VAT, that is an indirect tax, its a toss up between transfer and custom. Excise I would have thought counts as an indirect tax, customs we only pay directly if we order from over seas so it could be indirect as well? I have no freaking clue what stamp duty is

Wait, i changed my mind. Transfer duty which is paid directly to sars with property transfers

Transfer duties and Thanx Wayve you gave me an idea for a present at least and yes i do remember our fist date 14 years ago :p

Still take her there :P You will be surprised how much it will mean to her that you remember. And the pressie is awesome, my brother in law got that for my sister, with a letter for each kidlet and hers and his at either end forming the family unit

And thanks, went thru it again, transfer tax does seem the more logical one.

Ya, and if you imagine everyone living in houses built into the pine trees Lothlórien style, you will be totally let down.

You mean everyone doesnt live in Pine Tree houses ? :(
