Well the store opened at 10 am this morning, our guy got there at 10:30 had a small Que and is already 5 mins away from the office. SO it was'nt that bad. I gather though once everyone knows its open it will get very busy.

My shower has been running slow for 2 weeks now and they have been here twice and no luck then last night whilst showering my son starts yelling the house is flooding so i stop the shower and as i open the door the water just pours out the shower.
So this morning i decide to take 2 wire coat hangers modify them and go outside and go through the washbasin pipe and boom mud as thick as clay from when they worked on the pipes 3 weeks ago so sticky and thick it looks like pottery clay. now it's all unglogged and running smooth

I would'nt really call it expectations
it was more of a case of people saying it was better than McDonalds and healthier etc. And also being rated the best burger in SA...Chips where seriously kak though.

Strange that their quality would be so kak, because here in Stellenbosch Burger King is much better than McDonalds. Even the chips is good. Maybe it's just because they're starting up.

so the lil meeting we had this morning was to tell me that i must give our candidate attorney more of the work i dont get to so that she also learns to deal with clients and have been told that the chick that is leaving wont be replaced and i have to basically take over everything she is doing again for a "short" while...

On the other hand, if HE was high, it probably would have tasted great. That would also explain Burger King's popularity in Cape Town.

I know that feeling. I've been given the responsibilities of 4 people that have left since I joined the company I work for and was also told it would be a "short while". I've yet to see anyone be interviewed for the responsibilities in question not to mention I received no pay increase for it. Worst part is if I ever want to leave, trying to train 1 person to take over from me would be next to impossible, as things have just been added to my plate over the years rather than me learning it all from scratch.
