But what if you don't win the headphones or just miss the top 25?

Your chances will remain the same. You might win the PS4 or you might not.

If the draws are truly random then your chances of winning the PS4 is the same whether you win the headphones or not.

Actually The laws of probability say that winning one of the prizes doesn't affect your chances of winning any of the other prizes at all. It's like if you flip a coin ten times. The chance that you'll get heads ten times is super small, but each flip is still a 50% chance. Likewise, as long as you qualify, for each draw, you have a 4% chance regardless of what happened in other draws.
