It's standard winning rules, not what type of comp you won ...... it's prize related. Pretty straight forward imo.

Nope. He's been asked before. Can't exclude a specific thread.
IIRC, he said he can exclude an entire subforum only, but he doesn't want to exclude Off Topic because it is an important part of forum.
