Depends on where you are and on the pizza places themselves.
The ones that aren't part of a franchise with a wood oven normally make the best pizzas in my opinion. However Panarotti's in Clearwater Mall is absolutely amazing.

Definitely my favourite chain restaurant, for pizza's atleast
Calcaccios is amazing, but there is this little Pizza joint around the corner called Cafe Italia, their pizza's are something else
