Back in the day my parents always used to braai on Sundays. These days my wife and I occasionally braai on Friday evenings. I actually miss those Sunday braais a bit.

Ye my bro is gaining at the moment ...... he's also finding it a bit of a meh to do. Me on the other hand, I frikkin love my way of eating, heh

my issue is i can eat what i want as much as i want but i struggle to gain so now i'm getting a bunch of things to slow down my metabolism and that can stay in my system for at least 8 hours before my body it starts eating in to the little fat i have and using the muscle for fuel. But Gl on achieving what ever goal you set for yourself

You too man, doesn't matter if you're gaining or losing, it's hard work to want to better yourself! I'm just lucky that after 6 weeks, I'm still having good results because that keeps you going.

Jeez I just realized how much better I am off without reading newspapers and going with RSS aggregators instead. There is so much rubbish in a paper. Maybe two okay articles on 35+ pages.
