Is panini supposed to be so flaky/breaky though? I'd prefer a full ciabata to a panini.

Ciabata filled with:

• 1. Avo
• 2. Feta Cheese
• 3. Olives
• 4. Lettuce
• 5. Pastrami

Maybe substitute the pastrami for bacon
