Jirre I lost it with Incerdible Corruption today. (well yesterday really but today as well). Tablet was sent in a month ago for repairs. They finally send it back on monday - except it doesnt arrive in Cape Town on Wednesday like they said, no it was sent to Durban. Then it was supposed to be here yesterday - they dont phone me to tell me its not there, after I phoned them I get told that its still not in the Cape and I should get it monday. First thing that pops into my head is that the bloody tablet is lost or stolen and they just dont wanna admit to it.
So complain on FB, get told that a rep will phone me, no call, but finally the tygervalley branch contacts me and tells me that if it doesnt arrive on monday. They will give me a new replacement tablet. . . .
That just screams at me that they lost it. . . .
