What exactly do you use for the internet now? Is it a dongle?

When I am on here I am back home with 4megs of internet power when I am away working I have a cellphone but the connection is so shitty that it waste too much data to even try to get pages to load.
I was going trough the Coverage maps for 8ta, cell c and vodacom and only vodacom has edge connection in Kathu, now I don't know how accurate that is but my phone struggles with connection.
