I was really amped about this. Oh well, at least I get to keep my money then.
The one thing that looks good is the discounted PS+ Membership fees. Need to get me some more of that.

By they way, anybody know of a reputable company that fixes PS3s in Cape Town?

@ Malice look at this e-mail i found in one of our file that went to our correspondent attorney which was drafted by one of our Afrikaans attorneys:

We confirm that we have advised you that you can proceed to close your files for the aforementioned files. We no longer will make us of your services as our correspondence for the following reasons:
1. you have been instructed in these matters since 2011
2.We since then not received a trial date in the ****** matter despite our requests, since 3rd of April 2012. Moreover your offices have not received the Defendants Plea and yet your offices proceeded with discovery notice and and invoices our offices for these mistakes on your part.
3.we have since attempted to rectified these mistakes to no avail. We have sent various requests/correspondence/telephonic conversations to your office for an update to which we have not received a reply. Instead we have received an expensive invoice for all these attendances.
4.We also still await your feedback on the Rescission Application which was enrolled for 30 November 2012. And instead we received again a large invoice for all your attendances.

In light thereof we confirm that we have advised your offices will not be paying an further invoices from your offices.

please note that our new correspondence will collect our files during the course of next week, kindly ensure that these files are ready for collection.

if the ass ever saw this letter he would absolutely freak.
