Bwahahaha Wenzie damee stem ek ook saam, it depends on how the person is feeling as well when they give you the injection and a silly thing, how you are standing. If you can get into a relaxed stance, then you will not hurt as much. I tend to stand with one leg taking the strain and the injection into the opposite side. So far it has worked, less painful.

Murph, weird as it sounds - keep rubbing that spot - disperse the vits faster into your system, and the chances of having a knot there will be less.
