Got my 32" 3d tv today so busy playing around with it :D

Nice, eh? Hope you have real 3D content and not going 2D->3D conversion.

3 Questions:
Active or passive?
Sammy or LG?
Have you seen the size of the 3D SBS downloads? :wtf:

I have an active 3D TV (Samsung) and a passive 3D monitor (LG). I know a trick or two, so if you need advice or such, holler.

What's your favourite 3 3D things to watch? (excluding avatar :p) and which of the two (tv/monitor) do you prefer?

How do you resize an image using BB code?

NewCanvas_zps9b4f6059.jpg

Image editing software says it's 130x600 which is inside forum rules but it gets way larger when i reduce the width to try and fit it into the the signature box (not actual sig, just a test)

Good thing you excluded Avatar 'cause that's first on my list every time. :D
1. Imax Bugs!
2. Rio
3. Avengers
These are only the ones I've watched at home. Once I get my my hands on "Life of Pi" it may change.

I prefer the active 3D plasma (the TV) because there is less ghosting and the picture "pops" more (meaning it comes out of the TV). This is not a myth, I've tried the same 3D movies on both the active and passive and it's good on passive but great on active. Downside is that you need a low-light environment with the active (to avoid flicker) while the passive is good everywhere.

No idea. But I'll analyse your handwriting for 50 bucks (USD only).

What image editing software are you using? Make sure the units are pixels (px), and not millimeters or inches or something.

Why not just use paint lol. I know with the windows XP version its pretty simple, just not very professional like.

Because i want to do my Signature in SAI.

It's going to be be blank and then little by little i'm going to add stuff to it.

130x600 pixels looks too....pixely.

ok but surely you can do it in paint to get the size right and then just add the layers using Picassa or Gimp?

The problem is more about having tinier pixels but resizing the image so it fits.Basically a re size without a loss in quality.

This one is 130x600 in pixels.

Pixels are too big.

Guess i'll just stick to this one.

Just a minor technicality, it's always Width x Height, so your image is 600x130, though it does in fact appear to be 600x132, but who's counting :)

Still got to find good quality 3ds sbs since the small sized videos (under 2 gb) seem so blurry and not in sync.

Its Active and a Samsung since I tried the LG 3d and wasnt happy with the passive.
