Only in this shitpit do they close a fault when the same shit that's been happening for 2 weeks, is still ongoing ........ fucking dense p.o.s!

Bru, my line drops like every 3-5min (ask Caboose) after 6pm every fucking day for the last 2 weeks. So a tech finally comes out, says there's resistance on the line, after 6 months of perfect internet, says cable needs to be fixed. So today, get an sms that it's been resolved and what do ya know, it's already dropping. How the fuck can they close a fault when it's not bloody well fiixed.

Shit boet that really sucks, well the fsckers stole the Cables in my area I dunno if you saw the article on the front page of the site yesterday. So I've been without ADSL for like 3 weeks now. :cry:

Wow this day felt like it took forever to go by..... At last home time:D

Jeez nice life some of you people have!! what do you do if you don't mind us asking that you're lucky enough to leave before 4pm?

This is a common Telkom stuff up, I had the same problem and it had to do with a connection from the box to my home and a overloaded exchange. Telkom never admits that so you need to email their CEO it is on the government webpages. It worked for me, but took 7 months to resolve.

Keep taking screenshots with time and date stamps and include that and your log references in the mail to them. It took me 3 mails over a week period where I kept saying that I did not receive a reply and finally had them phone me and sort the problem out.

btw Cara, we forgot to mention that it is mandatory for all new TK patrons to post a recent photo of themselves , so we can put a face to the fiend
