I hope what will cover my ass is the fact that he went to the CCMA straight away and never to us. Foreman was working in Harrismith and it wasn't unusual to send someone back to Bloem.

Oh jeez and is this at a mining company or construction company?? I would have agreed with the foreman if he was reassigning the oke to another job, but yeh you're right a foreman is just there to oversee that things are done correctly and has no authority to fire someone.

Construction.

Jap I hope my ploy pays out, otherwise we are looking at reinstating and pay for the month and a half spent at home while waiting the hearing.
