Yeah we could try there as well. First time I saw the menu of BB I told them, the brewmaster is German, the rest of us aren't.

With the two new managers there are four. But two will be retiring within three years, so these promotions are just to cover bases for the long term.

Dunno. Not very soon, I think. I have a crap load of programming and analysis experience and when it comes to database design, I am l33t. But you need to know the main systems inside out (business procedures included) to be considered for management and that is where I still need some guidance. But I do know the new managers, and I think they will give me the opportunities I need that the previous ones didn't. So hold thumbs, hey?
