Teacher: "How exciting! But I bet he's not home much, is he?"
Johnny: "No. He wolks in Somalia so we only see him evely thlee months."

Man i have an awesome landlord! Our stove is starting to go and we asked if we could replace it. We didnt ask him to pay for it and he said yes pick whatever we want and deduct it from our rent. I am so gonna pick an awesome silver beast of a stove!

Hehe nice, just a pity yo cannot take it with you when you move, keep the old one and replace it :p

Nah this one is properly stuffed actually.
besides we pay so little rent its scary. we pay for a 3bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse in Bromhof, with a garden - R3300 in rent. Levies are about R1400 a month and electricity is about R500. oh and have i mentioned our rent has not gone up in 3 years?

you do not even have to buy save the difference between what you pay rent and what a property payback would be. you will be able to buy a house cash in no time :p
