Because I'm a skinny guy -- when one of my ex's layed on top -- a few hours later my d*ck was in pain. Could barely walk... happened a few times, but I was never going to tell her about it! :wtf: It was my first gf after all. Didn't want to f*ck it up.

For guys that don't train or do exercise your ideal weight between 25 and 30 should be about between 80-90kg depending on your height and lifestyle etc... :)

You just reminded me why I always thought most men are arseholes. Not all people can control the weight problem. Unfortunately for you this is a fucking huge and sensitive issue for me and the reason why I still struggle with my weight. I might have lost a bit of it, but not all yet and it will take me another few years to get it all gone. But thanks to you and idiots like you who objectify females as fucking sticks, it makes it 1000000000000000 times harder . It also doesnt help when other people judge without knowing the issues or real story.

Thank fuck I am still over weight, it means that when people bother to get to know me, they don't judge me on looks and actually realise I have a brain and feelings.

Perfect example, my dad was weighing in at about 160kg with his excuse being he couldn't control it which I said was BS until I sent him to a dietician and they helped him drop 30kg.

Everyone's views are different based on what they've dealt with in the past, where there is a will there is a way.

I'm not being a douche about anything.

No now I'm talking about us guys not girls.

Girls have a different method of handling various diets etc... us guys on the other hand have faster metabolisms so we process food quicker, but when we stop moving is when our bodies are like unlucky bastid now I'm on strike and we start growing.

high protein is an expensive diet. meat don't come cheap anymore. and the last I heard the protein diet was actually very unhealty

There is that sports doctor that also says low carb high protein now.

I'm going to work back into running every day, hopefully.

I cut out sugar in tea a few years ago now, so thats fine.
 
high protein is an expensive diet. meat don't come cheap anymore. and the last I heard the protein diet was actually very unhealty

Chicken breasts grilled, no skin and fish (Hake mainly) no skin grilled. I avoided red meat as much as possible :)

Only way I'm losing weight is cutting out carbs and drowning myself with water. I don't have time to exercise so i do crunches or push ups or I Zumba or whatever at home for about 20min everyday except weekends. It's been a long process but it's finally paying off. Although I want to lose a little bit more still...

The only time I drink milk is when I have my tea during the day. My breakfast is Instant oats with only boiling water and no sugar :)
 
An easy tip is to just get a smaller plate size. That would be like 20% food you can put on the plate.

we already live off of chicken and pork (don't really eat red meat so much). but as much as I like chicken/fish and love pork I can't live off that only
 
My ideal weight is 80kgs. Here's my story:

1995 - 74kgs
2005 - 95kgs
2008 - 80kgs
2012 - 61kgs
2013 - 92kgs

I hope I'll be stabilizing soon. It is hectic on my wardrobe bouncing like this.

That's great!! Carbs aren't all that bad you know it's good to have them like twice a week, not too much water though or you will bloat yourself and start stressing about it because your body isn't getting rid of it quicker than you want. Stress is also a factor with weight gain, I dunno how but it is. :)
