Eat what you want to eat, as long as you don't over-do it and not move around enough to get rid of it.

On a side note, if I meet anyone here at rAge, I'll be eating red meat and carbs exclusively. Dome shwarmas FTW.

looooooooooooooooooooooool I read that Whiskey has no carbs at all!!! :D Or was it Insanity that said that, hence why he only drinks that pretty much??

we already live off of chicken and pork (don't really eat red meat so much). but as much as I like chicken/fish and love pork I can't live off that only

I love pork myself but couldn't live without chicken :)
 
My ideal weight is 80kgs. Here's my story:

1995 - 74kgs
2005 - 95kgs
2008 - 80kgs
2012 - 61kgs
2013 - 92kgs

I hope I'll be stabilizing soon. It is hectic on my wardrobe bouncing like this.

Shit dude 61kg's :eek:, I'm surprised you didn't get sick because of that!!

That's great!! Carbs aren't all that bad you know it's good to have them like twice a week, not too much water though or you will bloat yourself and start stressing about it because your body isn't getting rid of it quicker than you want. Stress is also a factor with weight gain, I dunno how but it is. :)

Yes stress makes you gain weight! That i can vouch for!! I can't afford having carbs twice a week. Already cheat enough over weekends with my shooters. But luckily I love my red wine and whiskey. That's healthy I've heard.

Funny I'm yet to see red wine do stuff, but I'm pretty confident that whiskey hasn't got carbs. It's just gonna take a lot for me to try and drink it :p

I'm not overly concerned about my weight. My cholesterol is another story altogether though.

Everyone needs to watch it as they get older, unfortunately cholestrol regardless of who you are is a killer and can get you any time.

Mine isn't my concern either. My vision loss-that-amounts-to-a-serious-migraine is my concern.
Something the doctors have yet to explain.

On a diet now and weighing in at 111KG,lost quite a bit in 2 months but i want to at least get down to around 90-85KG.

Ya, mine is pretty high, Did an ECG a while back and apparently the heart is still fine, but it's still pretty worrying

You need to go measure your body fat against your muscle and whats the bet you will probably find that pushing hard at the gym just traded the 2 around :p
