Could you give me a reason why? I get the Liabilities but not the E or A. Could you maybe break it down for me?

Capital (R85k) + income (fees, rent, interest - 272500) - expenses (water, insurance, salaries, telephone - 68600) Total = R288900

Liabilities:
Creditors (5500), Long-term loan (12600), bank (3000) total = R21100

For some reason, I was bundling Expenses and income under assets. But as money comes in and goes out, equity also increases/decreases. Nice spot.
