Hello folks, I really hope you all have a great week! I kinda had something concerning happen to me over the weekend. I was casually playing Dota, the next thing I remember was waking up on the floor with a huge egg above my left eye. I have no idea what caused the blackout. My head still hurts and I have some dizzy spells but besides that nothing is wrong...

dude go and see a dr, it might not be dota, maybe you just blacked out

Causes of epileptic seizures as explained by Wikipedia.

Fluorescent lighting can be a factor, since I believe it's one of the causes of an illness I suffer from.
I don't get seizures -- I get (temporary) vision loss and migraines.

Erm..... you should probably go see a doctor.

I probably should, yeah.

low/high blood pressure/sugar perhaps?

I have had low blood pressure for most of my young days, but I haven't felt light-headed due to it since high school.

Maybe epileptic seizure, or something similar?

If it was I have no idea what triggered it though :o

I don't think it is Dota, with close to 600 hours logged on just my main account I think that would have cropped up a wee bit sooner :D

goooooooood mornings campers!!!

It appears there are two extremes on the forum now. People who are abusing the activity system by spamming nonsense (though not as many as usual), and people who don't want to take part in the forums because they think the activity system is unfair to people who don't want to post.

Wenzie, dit was lekker rustig gewees. Pity baas is weer terug. En hy is bedonnered. Hy het sy engin geblaas op die vrydag practice al so heel naweek nie gejaag nie.

Well that's a totally logical response.

Draegan - you definitely should go and see a doctor. Blacking out and waking up in your house is one thing, imagine what would happen if you had been driving at the time...
