As soon as my passport is ready I need to phone them and they will give me a date and once I get that I am off. Hopefully before december.

OK but you'll need a one-way train ticket to De Aar, some plaster cast bandages, a magic marker (any color), mercurochrome and plastic gloves (otherwise things will just get awkward). Alcohol (for drinking, not disinfecting) should probably be consumed for best results.

I did a pretty clean one for my buddy, hired a bus, went go-karting because he loves racing, then went to Gilroy's Brewery for lunch and boozing, then we went to play a dodgeball and action soccer (cause he digs that sort of thing, and it saved him from passing out and got everyone energetic again), then finished off the night at Hooters.
