Tuesday has impersonated Monday with great success.
 
How can all of them give the same error...thats weird?
I don't know, but they do.
when I boot up using the disc; when I select the partition and click "Next", that is the error it gives me.

It first tells me it cannot be formatted yada-yada, then gives me that error message at the end.

Note: Only my 2 HDDs [the 2 SATA HDDs give me this error].
Can't format my IDE drive because my ribbon cable only has a connection on either end - one for the DVD writer and one for the mobo.
delete and re-create the partition
Tried that. The partitions themselves cannot be formatted or have windows installed on them.
