Using my newly installed version of Windows to type out this post. ;):)

Managed to install Windows on my 80GB HDD. So... now it's my 500GBs turn. Think I need to buy myself a new SATA cable - I suspect my current one is faulty.

I still cant get 8.1 to install
 
Finally get my PC working after a week struggling and my monitor decides to stop getting signal from it. I don't care if I get an infraction for saying this... but...

MY PC's POES!!

Is the cable in properly and does the monitor go on during boot ?
