And we have power again. City power cut power to the complex for not paying but each unit in the office complex has a prepaid meter.
Hahaha Crusader, its what happened to us a few times. My favourite is still the electricity bill that gets passed around to all the offices in the complex - it started out as a R15k bill and the last time I saw it 3 months ago it was sitting at R35k.
We are all prepaid meters.. .

Im very happy with vodacom, but its because they have the best signal where I stay
i have a similar issue with Altech Autopage... cancelled my one contract and asked for the number to be kept cause i want to use it on prepaid(actually its the bf's number). so they say the change over would happen anytime form 24-28 October. the change started on the 24th and guess what we cant use the number cause it says the number does not exists. call the lovely call centre on friday again and they say now everything is done on their side the issue is with the network(vodacom) but they will escalate it and it should be resolved shortly. after 3 on friday i phone them again and get told oh its because the sim has to be re-RICA'd...i ask them why and get given a BS explanation, as the sim has already been Rica's otherwise i would not have been able to use it. no i go and complain on twitter. their media team gets their complainst dept to call me and assist me and tells me they dont know why the call centre is telling me it needs to be RICA's again. they will sort it out though as it is some IT issue and it will be fixed over the weekend. Guess what number is still not working and i kept getting told wait 24hours they are working on the issue to resolve it....I feel like hitting something with a hammer.

I'm due to upgrade my MTN account. So I phone them and speak with a nice lady. She says they don't have stock of the S3 that I want, but she'll forward my details to somebody at sales to sort out the stock issue. Spoke with a guy and we go through all the normal stuff. So he tells me to expect a call from the courier the next day and to give him a call when I receive the phone and 'cause we need to do a sim swap.
It's now almost a week later and the courier have still not called me. So I phone MTN again and they inform me that no upgrade has been issued against my account. I can't get anybody to transfer me to the guy I spoke with in last week and nobody is even interested in my reference number. They just say: No upgrade has been issued, but we don't have stock so you need to call a physical shop.
They are not even interested in helping me with getting my second choice.
So bye-bye MTN, hello Cell-C.
