Nothing yet. But a molar that was reconstructed before broke in such a way that it can't be repaired. So it needs to go and according to the dentist, this is going to be a bastard to get out. I'm booked for a full hour tomorrow from 12 to 1 and I'm looking at another hour session later in the week to fix two other fillings.
