I always have the same experience. Late last year I had 2 interviews... in one day. I nearly had a nervous breakdown :p

There are actually two positions open at the place I'm eyeing. An Analyst/Programmer (my current position as well) and a Systems Manager. I don't have the management experience they want for the Systems Manager position, but I can tick every other box. So I don't know which one to apply for.
I saw another company in the Freestate/NCape area (I REALLY don't want to go to the city) is looking for a CTO. But that may be wishful thinking on my part.

Good luck! I hope you get the position that you want.

Such things are scary but just imagine the rewards! I remember how much I stressed when I went for the interview for the position I have now. This was about 3 to 4 years ago. It was worth it though.
