yeah ok so we seem to have a problem here, out of every burger i have tasted in South Africa (Sauls comes close) my wife makes the best sorry to say. Half lean mince with half farm wors mince and her own added sauce (which is the kicker).

NOW i am FREAKING really hungry!

I've always wanted to to make my own burger patties. Before I just did not want to. I'm that kind of guy that doesn't like to get his hands dirty.

Although recently I have been overcoming that fear. I discovered I like cooking, especially making Pan-Fried Steaks.

I take a bit brown sugar, garlic, salt, butter and red wine vinegar into a little bowl and heat it bit. Mix it up and bast the steak with it and drop it into the hot pan to sear.

After searing both sides for about a minute I let it simmer in a dash of red wine vinegar in the pan.

The first time I did this I was so surprised it came out so damn tasty.
