I run a lot. 5kms in 30 minutes so far need to bring it down to 20 minutes but around 70% is up hill 10 % down hill and 20% flat.

5km in 30min is already pretty quick dude. Doing it in 20 is fucking athletic.

nah bugger IRC, I miss the java chat rooms ....... the one at Powerzone (Barney Simons site) and the one at the NIN page were the best. Awesome people and the odd chats with Trent, miss that shit

I can't say that I used IRC. This is probably because I did not have an internet connection when chatrooms were in their heyday.
